Staff Attorney assigned will have obtained successful resolution of cases at the trial and/or appellate level. See Portfolio.* Attorney work will be covered by professional liability insurance in the amount of at least $1,000,000 (copy available upon request).

• Federal Clerkship experience in a United States District Court

• Winning a Criminal Jury Trial as lead attorney

• Successful appeal in a reported case

• Experience in insurance defense industry
